This is a U.S. Dept. of Education provided database for journal articles dealing with education. It will reflect a primarily US context, but it is one of the primary databases for education research.
This resource provides many annotated bibliographies on topics related to Biblical Studies. Each one is curated by a different subject expert and recommends significant resources in each subject.
This is a direct link to a list of the 140 Oxford Handbooks on Religion that library users can access. These handbooks each contain many essays on the book's topic and are great entry points to the research on each subject.
